Cirencester Park Polo Club, fundado en 1894, organiza la tradicional The Warwickshire Cup que comenzó el martes 21/7. Se juega desde el año 1972 y se disputa en sus canchas de Gloucestershire. En esta edición participan 8 equipos de 19 y 20 goles.
En la apertura por la Liga 2, El Remanso: Manuel Fernández Llorente y el chileno Jaime García Huidobro, derrotó a Corovest, con Santiago Gaztambide (h), 9 a 5.
El miércoles 22, por la segunda jornada de clasificación se enfrentarán, por la Liga 1, Black Bears, con John Paul Clarkin, vs. Enigma, con los ingleses James Beim y Malcolm Borwick.
En 2008, se adjudicó el certamen Les Lions II, con los argentinos Ignacio Novillo Astrada y Mariano González, el sueco Max Gottschalk y el sudafricano Ignatius Du Plessis.
